Shannon Singh's shock exit from the Love Island villa left fans fuming but a claim has been made that producers “orchestrated” the dumping after she “she wouldn't play ball and refused to kiss anyone”.
The Fife influencer was sent home just three days of arriving in the Villa in a plot twist when new bombshell Chloe Burrows picked Aaron to couple up with, leaving Shannon single.
But now, The Mail Online reports that ITV insiders confirmed Love Island bosses were unimpressed by Shannon's resistance to 'play the game', making the decision to end her time in the Villa.

A source revealed: “During her short time in the villa, Shannon didn't get to know anyone, or partake in the games properly, even refusing to kiss any Islanders.
She had always promised to be a fun and exciting contestant, but she wouldn't engage in the way producers had hoped – and they have no plans for her to make a dramatic return.”
”Viewers will have seen for themselves that the result of the Islander's re-coupling that evening dictated who left.” A source close to the show told MailOnline.

Despite labeling herself as a 'party girl', Shannon has admitted that she was feeling anxious about coupling up in the Villa and on the show said she would “take her time.”
Speaking ahead of the series, she said: 'I am not the type of girl to go and chuck themselves at guys; it's not my thing. I am actually a bit anxious and apprehensive about how the villa is really fast paced and you are chucked into getting to know people straight away.'
A Love Island spokesperson said: 'This is simply not true.'
Shannon Singh was paired up with model Aaron Francis but made it clear that she didn't feel any spark with him and later saying conversations with him “was like drawing blood out of a stone.”
Then during a challenge in which Islanders had to kiss whoever they believed had a dirty secret, Shannon swerved Toby, offering him a kiss on the cheek and a hug instead.

The Scottish model has said she is “gutted” that her time in the villa was cut so short but is still grateful and when asked if she would want to return she replied: “yeah-why not?”
Many fans are calling on Love Island to put her in Casa Amor, a second villa where old contestants make a come back.
Shannon Singh has broken her silence to her 333k Instagram followers, posting a picture of her in a bikini with the caption:
IM BACK EVERYONE! cannot believe the amount of support I’ve received I love every single one of you!! Thank you to my best friend for life @rubykellll for running my socials whilst I was gone- gutted but SO grateful for the opportunity. Everyone please #bekind
This comes after Love Island posted a statement to their social media in response to the trolling and abuse Chloe has received on social media as viewers reacted to Shannon's dumping.
”We want Love Island to be a positive experience for all of our cast and their friends and family members. Last night's episode created strong reactions but some viewers' posts were wholly unacceptable,
”We take these matters extremely seriously and will support cast members and their families in reporting such posts. We would once again urge all of our viewers to think before posting, and remember that our Islanders are people with feelings.”
Edinburgh Live has approached Shannon for comment.
